The TFDR-05 can store passenger, SUV as well as truck tyres. Interlace or barrel stacked, the heavy-duty steel plate that serves as its base allows for both storage methods. At capacity, it can store 16 truck tyres or 54 barrel stacked to 100 interlaced passenger tyres. Its fork guide will enable proper picking with the forklift.

The Shipping tyre rack will go from the manufacturer’s tyre production line directly onto the carrier’s trailer, then directly into the OEM production line. Its larger than usual fork guides also act as a base to position the rack directly onto the OEM’s production line conveyors. Designed for on tread storage, your heavy tyres always remain easily accessible. Its swivel ramps on both sides prevent tyres from falling despite bumps and shakes while handling the rack.
